CORPORATE GOVERNANCE
Managing regulatory claims and proceedings, internal and external investigations, changes in laws and regulations impacting company business and practices. Working closely with the board of directors, senior management, and business unit leaders to advise on general corporate matters, including company governance, operations, records management, and best practice.
